For maintenance contract customers we can guarantee a response to faults within as little as 1 hour and guarantee an on-site response within 8 hours. Our engineers carry a comprehensive stock of parts and software with them so that in the majority of cases the problem is solved on the first and only visit. For customers who don't want a maintenance contract the call-out guarantee is within 12 hours although in every case to date the response has been far quicker. Our emergency support service carries this to the next level with 24 hour support seven days a week, with a mixture of telephone, remote and on-site support being available to customers in a critical situation and requiring immediate attention.
