GEN's Public Key Infrastructure Services and the GEN Certificate Authority publish a Root Certificate that is used to validate all GEN issued certificates regardless of Class or Standard. In order to automatically verify GEN Certificates this Root Certificate must be installed in your computer. Installation of the Root Certificate is a simple process as described below....
   
Microsoft Internet Explorer, Outlook Express and Outlook 2003 Mozilla Firefox and Mozilla Thunderbird

Click on the Install Root Certificate Button Below

A Security Warning Dialogue may appear, Click OPEN.
The Root Certificate will be displayed, Click Install Certificate
The Certificate Import Wizard will open,

Click NEXT.

Click NEXT.

Click FINISH.

Show now be displayed. You have successfully installed the GEN Root Certificate.
A Dialogue like the on to the right should be shown.

Tick ALL THREE of the check boxes, then click OK.

The Root Certificate is now successfully installed.
