On-Site Support

Services provide a fast response and guaranteed fix to hardware and software issues. Our Service Level Agreements can guarantee an engineer on your premises within 60 minutes of contacting us and the problem resolved within 4 hours. On-Site support is the most effective and comprehensive support option available and is very complementary with Remote Support.
Whatever your priorities, on-site support and servicing can provide you with complete piece of mind and with fixed price annual contracts also available, provides a budgetable fixed expense. GENSupport On-Site Support Services are available 365 days a year, 7days a week. See also Emergency Support for rapid response ad-hoc support.

We carry a great deal of stock, from complete servers, to server parts and workstations, networking hardware, switches, routers and laptops and all this is available to our engineers 24 hours a day from three warehouses in the UK.

We can also offer a preventative maintenance service for Servers and Infrastructure at regular intervals during the year to ensure your critical hardware remains operational. Preventative Maintenance can also be applied to high volume printers, scanners, and telephone systems.

GEN On-Site Support is priced on a time taken basis, as with most support options. Volume, Multiple Service Options and contractual support will attract discounts against the pricing below which are on a per call basis. Fixed price annual contracts are available.
